SewerAI is an AI and data management platform that is improving the speed, effectiveness and cost for cities and engineering firms to manage infrastructure. Our cutting edge AI lowers the total cost of ownership of cities’ infrastructure by reducing the dirty, dull and dangerous work that must be done to maintain infrastructure.

Who are we looking for?

SewerAI formed in 2019, we are a VC funded early stage startup, looking for an experienced VP of Operations to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. You will be the executive responsible for the efficiency of business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years proven experience as VP of Operations or relevant executive level role
• Understanding of shared business functions such as HR, Legal, IT etc.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure
• Marketing campaigns and outreaches
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Oversee compliance and risk management activities, in addition to daily operations of the company and the work of executives
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Salary

$150,000 - $170,000 a year

The compensation range provided is in compliance with state specific laws. Factors that may be used to determine your actual rate of pay include your specific skills, years of experience and other factors
